The Motherhood Series

Over the last few years, we’ve both moved through seasons of building, burning out, pulling back, and returning to our work with more care.

What we keep coming back to is this:

The work doesn’t need more noise. It needs more honesty.

This October, we’re opening the doors at Marlowe Studio for The Motherhood Series, an intimate, in-person workshop rooted in presence, connection, and the honest art of photographing motherhood.

Together, we’ll slow down and explore the beauty found in the in-between: the tenderness, movement, mess, intimacy, and quiet details that make each story feel entirely its own.

This is a space to create with intention. To move beyond performance and perfection. To strengthen the way you see, trust your instincts, and make images that feel deeply human.

We’ll gather with a small group of photographers for honest conversation, thoughtful education, and the opportunity to photograph motherhood as it naturally unfolds.

You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out.
You don’t need to create perfectly.
You only need to come open, curious, and ready to see a little differently.

What We Hope You Leave With

Not a finished version of yourself, but a steadier one.
Clearer language for your work.
More trust in your way of seeing.
And a sense that your art can exist with your life, not at the expense of it.

Who this workshop for?
